You will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team with one goal: "Get quality and secure solutions in the customers hands as soon as possible”. We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our product development team and drive innovation in autonomous, goal-directed AI solutions that support our Digital Engineering product and offering strategies. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying agentic AI architectures that enable products to reason, plan, and act with minimal human intervention while ensuring alignment with market needs and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and reinforcement learning.
  • Knowledge of planning algorithms, memory architectures, and autonomous reasoning.
  • 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in agentic or autonomous systems.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs, symbolic reasoning, and hybrid AI architectures.
  • Background in human-AI interaction and ethical AI design.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Experience across the full AI stack.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Agentic AI Systems: Build AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and adaptive learning for complex product workflows.
  • Integrate AI into Products: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to embed agentic capabilities into existing and new product lines.
  • Optimize Performance: Implement reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and memory architectures to improve agent efficiency and reliability.
  • Safety and Alignment: Ensure AI agents operate within defined constraints, maintaining transparency, interpretability, and compliance with ethical guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to deliver seamless AI-driven experiences.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous reasoning to inform product strategy.
