  • Lead and deliver engagements, or components of large, complex engagements.
  • Identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients.
  • Craft solutions for clients using direct management and hands-on delivery.
  • Guide and oversee your team's deliverables and recommendations.
  • Manage daily stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership.
  • Play a key role in business development activities, including developing and presenting proposals.
  • Develop junior staff.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python.
  • 2+ years of direct experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows.
  • 1+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI Solutions engagements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Prior consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles.
  • Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with the sales cycle by helping frame client opportunities.
  • Participated in the pursuit team by creating proposal content for client discussions.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems (task delegation, coordination, and autonomous decision-making).
  • Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional; Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture.
  • Experience with MLOps / AIOps (monitoring, governance, lifecycle), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
