We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as an Agentforce Engineer. In this role, you will be at the forefront of embedding intelligent AI-powered agents into Salesforce environments, enhancing customer interactions, automating complex business processes, and optimizing user experiences. This role uniquely combines your Salesforce expertise, business process reengineering skills, and passion for AI/Agentic-driven solutions. You will partner closely with customers, internal account teams, product experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into AI-driven Salesforce agents that deliver tangible, measurable business outcomes. You will analyze requirements, design and implement intelligent Agentforce-powered agents within Salesforce, and continuously optimize the experience & performance to drive business value and consumption. As a trusted advisor and advocate, the Agentforce Engineer will be the primary point of contact to assist customers in understanding, utilizing, and implementing Agentforce. You will partner with the account team, focusing on the customer's business goals to enhance their implementation, adoption, and maximize their Agentforce investment. The Agentforce Engineer maintains awareness of the customer's key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers. You will operate hands-on within customer environments to create, deploy, and optimize agents, developing a deep technical understanding of their Agentforce implementation. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, self-driven, and excels in communication and collaboration. They should enjoy building relationships and quickly adapting to new technologies. This role suits individuals with strong technical skills who want to grow their careers at Salesforce and work with autonomous agent technologies.
