About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• Valid unarmed CA guard card is required.
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge, specifically in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Concierge-level customer service experience.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level security at company locations and events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
• Write detailed incident reports following any incidents or occurrences.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning.
• Transport clients to and from company locations and events.
• Secure the client's residential perimeter and manage access controls.
• Review CCTV and respond to alarms as needed.
• Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies or failures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
