About The Position

The Agent will provide concierge-level security services, including residential and event security, response services, and investigations. This role emphasizes integrity, vigilance, and excellence while ensuring the safety and security of clients in various situations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• An unarmed CA guard card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Concierge-level customer service experience.
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide the client with concierge-level security at the company location and/or events.
• Deescalate tense situations or individuals that may arise.
• Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
• Transport the client to and from company location and/or events.
• Secure the client's residential perimeter by reviewing CCTV, managing access controls, and responding to alarms as needed.
• Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
