Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, levelheaded and calm during stressful interactions, problem solving, proactivity to facilitate more effective results, and written and verbal communication is very important.

Responsibilities

  • Be a brand ambassador to our Independent Agent Contractors
  • Act as first line of support for our Agents and interdepartmental inquiries/concerns involving our Agents
  • Work to timely and proactively respond to calls or emails
  • Work to understand the various operating systems and how functions flow within the organization
  • Create and maintain relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction
  • Onboard agents and generate a welcoming environment/process
  • Engage with various departments, including our IT team, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Understand and be able to describe the Bridgeway brand talking points
