About The Position

As an Agent Support Representative, you will be a go-to contact for our field sales team. Your primary role will be fielding requests and assisting with operational duties to ensure that our sales reps can perform at the highest level. You will also assist our inside sales team with special requests and maintain leads and data in our CRM. This role requires someone with customer service skills, strong work ethic and the ability to communicate in multiple formats (phone, email, chat etc.)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service related fields or undergraduate degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
  • Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
  • Strong written communication and composition skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Task Management – Works well taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
