About The Position

At Navigate Realty, The Agent Success Coach plays a crucial role in nurturing the growth and productivity of real estate agents, particularly those who are new to the field or struggling agents. This role involves providing targeted coaching and training to help agents develop the necessary skills and strategies to succeed in real estate and focused on our Zillow Preferred Leads program. The Success Coach closely monitors agents' performance, offering personalized feedback and actionable advice based on their individual strengths and areas for improvement. They conduct regular in-action training sessions and workshops, focusing on essential real estate practices, client engagement techniques, improving key lead program metrics and effective use of technology and CRM management. Additionally, the coach fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging agents to share best practices and learn from each other's experiences. Through their expertise and mentorship, the Agent Success Coach is instrumental in enhancing the overall performance of the team, ensuring that agents are well-equipped to meet their targets and contribute to the company's growth and success. Requirements
