Spa Locker Room (Full-time / Seasonal) (14001Z90):Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as thelocation and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitalitystations. Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heatedneck pillows. Answer questions about general property informationand amenities. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Checkcomputer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughoutthe day. Maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms,spa/salon locker room, and lounge areas. Dispose of trash and dirtylinens in the proper area. Secure supplies and equipment at the endof each shift. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in thelocker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;complete safety training and certifications. Follow all companypolicies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate andaddress guests' service needs; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objectsweighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk foran extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
