About The Position
As a Signature Vacations Planner, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. You will primarily be making outbound calls to Hilton Signature Vacation members to assist them with booking their HSV packages, while providing excellent customer service. You will also handle inbound calls as needed and be responsible for email communications with assigned Hilton Signature Vacation members. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the Signature Vacations program as assigned and must always have a clear understanding of available Signature Vacation packages. You will verify the Signature Vacations Package and the bonus points awarded and review contingency requirements before booking the vacation.
