About The Position

The Agent Security position at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) involves monitoring access to company facilities, ensuring compliance with TSA regulations, and maintaining security within controlled airport areas. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must undergo initial and recurrent training.
• Ability to comply with established guidelines on security.
• Cognitive skills to be decisive and use independent judgment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

• Public contact experience preferred.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the ingress, movement, and egress of persons requiring access to company facilities.
• Maintain a log of cargo entering and leaving the facility in compliance with TSA regulations.
• Visually monitor activity within controlled areas and challenge unauthorized individuals as per guidelines.
• Act upon emergency situations related to security breaches as set by TSA/airport regulations.
• Perform screening of cargo in accordance with TSA regulations and maintain Sensitive Security Information (SSI).
• Report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program.
