About The Position

The Agent position at Pinkerton involves providing concierge-level security services, conducting investigations, and responding to various emergency situations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• Michigan CPL is required.

Nice To Haves

• Concierge-level customer service experience.
• Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide the client with concierge-level security at the company location and/or events, including deescalating tense situations and writing detailed incident reports.
• Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports.
• Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
• Transport the client to and from company location and/or events.
• Secure the client's residential perimeter by reviewing CCTV, managing access controls, and responding to alarms as needed.
• Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
