Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and in-person interactions
• A results-driven mindset and commitment to professional growth
• Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and compliance quickly
• Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to become licensed)

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Sell and cross-sell products to hit monthly production goals
• Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure policy documents and records are accurate
• Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and growth initiatives
