Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Is recognized for their ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Has 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a regulated or documentation‑heavy environment.
  • Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Process new agent contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify all required contracting paperwork for new or reinstated agent applicants, following up with applicants, IMOs, or agency managers when documentation is incomplete or incorrect.
  • Build and maintain agent records, including contract details, licensing, hierarchy, appointments, and AML training.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and chats related to contracting questions and issues.
  • Process agent information updates such as address, email, and profile changes.
  • Terminate agent contracts and state appointments when required.
  • Research state laws, licensing requirements, appointments, and contracting rules using various state insurance department websites.
  • Participate in cross‑training to expand knowledge and support broader departmental needs.
  • Conduct company business in accordance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs or leadership direction.
