Requirements

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Is recognized for their ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
Has 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a regulated or documentation‑heavy environment.
Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Process new agent contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
Verify all required contracting paperwork for new or reinstated agent applicants, following up with applicants, IMOs, or agency managers when documentation is incomplete or incorrect.
Build and maintain agent records, including contract details, licensing, hierarchy, appointments, and AML training.
Handle incoming phone calls and chats related to contracting questions and issues.
Process agent information updates such as address, email, and profile changes.
Terminate agent contracts and state appointments when required.
Research state laws, licensing requirements, appointments, and contracting rules using various state insurance department websites.
Participate in cross‑training to expand knowledge and support broader departmental needs.
Conduct company business in accordance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs or leadership direction.
