About The Position

National Contracting Center (NCC) is seeking an Agent Contracting Manager to lead and scale our Agent Onboarding and Contracting teams. This role is critical to NCC’s growth—owning strategy, execution, compliance alignment, and continuous improvement across the entire contracting lifecycle. You’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for onboarding independent agents and agencies, helping them move efficiently from recruitment to ready-to-sell status while maintaining exceptional data integrity and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Proven people and operations leadership experience
  • Background in onboarding, contracting, recruiting, customer success, or operations
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Process improvement and operational design experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of Medicare industry regulations and compliance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an FMO or insurance carrier environment
  • Medicare, ACA, Life, or Health Insurance operations background
  • Salesforce administration or advanced configuration experience
  • Knowledge of contracting, commissions, overrides, and appointment processes
  • Entrepreneurial or growth-stage company experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead NCC’s Agent Onboarding and Contracting departments, owning strategy and execution
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing, results-driven team
  • Ensure agents move efficiently from recruitment to contracted and ready-to-sell status
  • Oversee quality control, accuracy, and compliance of contracts and appointments
  • Maintain compliance with CMS, carrier, state licensing, E&O, TPMO, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Sales Development, Marketing, Operations, and Legal
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM onboarding and contracting workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives
  • Manage escalations and resolve agent and carrier issues with an agent-first mindset
  • Track operational metrics and deliver actionable performance reporting
  • Manage vendor and carrier contracting relationships
  • Support scalable growth and future expansion initiatives
