About The Position
We currently have a great opportunity for an Automotive Title Clerk at our Agency located in West Palm Beach, FL. This location offers a great working environment, and great pay. The position will pay up to $18.00 an hour, depending on prior tag and title experience. We will train the right candidates, and relatable experience is a plus. Candidates with experience as a Loan Processor, Claims Processor, Mortgage Loan Processor, Bank Teller, Insurance Agent, or Credit Union Clerk will find their skills applicable. Knowledge of transactions and paperwork processing is essential for this role. The Automotive Title Clerk will be responsible for processing automotive dealership title work. Knowledge of automotive title work is a plus, as is experience with dealership tag work. Familiarity with FRIVIS and Orion systems, as well as any Tag Agency experience, will be beneficial. Responsibilities may include processing wholesale title work, dealer trade title work, retail title work, out-of-state titles, exports, and tag transfers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates must have automotive dealership title clerk experience and some knowledge of automotive accounting, including refunds, write-offs, funding, and F&I notes. Knowledge of DMV software such as CVR, DLRdmv, Reynolds & Reynolds, or TitleTec is also required.
