Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication (comfortable on calls with partners and Sales).
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred) and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to follow processes while spotting improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Work indepdenently and a team

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support Assist in managing the onboarding pipeline for new agencies.
  • Join onboarding kickoff calls with Sales and larger partners to review onboarding steps and timelines.
  • Partner Maintenance/Management Handle requests for product expansion through existing partners
  • Process agency changes (M&A, terminations).
  • Manage add/remove user requests and access updates
  • CRM Management Audit and update agency records (users, products) to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform data cleanup and bulk uploads.
  • Maintain dashboards, lists, and views for cross-functional teams.
  • Process & Documentation Maintain SOPs, checklists, and onboarding workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales and Training teams to support onboarding and partner success.
  • Act as liaison to route partner requests to appropriate teams (commissions, underwriting, legal).
