About The Position
The Agency Services Relationship Representative is responsible for managing the daily business relationship between Plymouth Rock Assurance and independent agents participating in various partnership programs. This role focuses on agencies enrolled in the Agency Services program, which includes Service Center, Remarketing, and Sales Development Program. The representative will enroll new agencies, report on service outcomes, implement sales programs, and provide training to enhance agency performance and streamline operations.
