About The Position

As we grow, we’re looking for a senior operator to help strengthen the structure, systems, and day-to-day leadership of the business, with the Amazon experience to jump in and execute tasks when needed. This is an operational leadership role - a critical the bridge between founder-level strategy/execution and the implementation of day-to-day client level execution across our team. As founders, we are focused on strategic direction, growth, and key client relationships. We are hiring a General Manager to work alongside us, translating strategy into clear priorities and execution across the team. Because we are a small, growing agency, this is a player-coach role . In the near term, you will be expected to step into accounts, solve problems directly, and execute when needed. Over time, as the team expands and systems mature, the role will evolve toward greater management and operational oversight. This position requires both leadership capability and deep, hands-on Amazon experience. You will play a key role in ensuring the team executes effectively against our strategic priorities while maintaining hands-on credibility. This is a foundational hire for Accelerazon. You’ll help shape how we scale, influence how we build our team, and create the structure that allows us to grow well. We are fully remote and location-agnostic (with general East Coast collaboration hours). Requirements

  • You are a strong operator who thrives in the space between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Have meaningful experience managing people or leading contributors
  • Have worked deeply inside Amazon (brand or agency side)
  • Understand how to balance structure with flexibility
  • Are comfortable being accountable for outcomes while working collaboratively with founders
  • Commercial awareness and disciplined decision-making
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Data-driven, analytical problem solving
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Ownership mindset without ego
  • Strong Amazon ecosystem experience is required.
  • Leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Accountability
  • Manage and mentor individual contributors

  • Support hiring and onboarding as we expand

  • Improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
  • Ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and on time
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational gaps
  • Help us scale intentionally without sacrificing quality
  • Strategic Support & Amazon Execution
  • Collaborate with founders on Amazon strategy and account direction
  • Provide informed recommendations grounded in experience
  • Step directly into accounts when performance, complexity, or bandwidth requires it
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge across advertising, content, reporting, and marketplace operations
