The position requires applicant to interact with management and employees through excellent written and oral communication to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about insurance. The position requires critical thinking, inductive and deductive reasoning skills, as well as the ability and persistence to face obstacles, take on challenges, and provide effort towards task resolution. Applicant must be able to manage stress, self-control, and have great time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and information ordering.
