About The Position
The Virginia State Police is seeking to hire a Lead Analyst at State Police Headquarters located in North Chesterfield County, Virginia. This position is assigned to our Bureau of Strategic Governance - Strategic Planning and Research Division. Duties and responsibilities for the position include leading substantive studies on all operations and presents findings; utilization of survey instruments; studies trend data; and develops and updates staffing methodologies and performance measures. As a Lead Analyst, you will work individually and in a team environment to analyze issues to address inefficiencies and streamline processes. This position shall have detailed knowledge in research techniques, statistical analysis, handle multiple assignments, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and be proficient in multiple software platforms.
