About The Position
The Agency Integration Manager will implement and operate the next generation of cybersecurity solutions for federal government agencies and departments, leading large-scale client engagement. This role involves overseeing analysis and deliverable execution for the development and maintenance of program-defined outcomes and success metrics. The manager will recommend industry best practices to define and govern program-wide business and development processes. A comprehensive strategy will be driven in collaboration with other team leaders to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands while maintaining necessary quality levels. The manager will institute strategic approaches and advise customers in overcoming their most difficult challenges, accomplishing mission objectives through program objectives. Additionally, the role includes identifying, highlighting, and managing risk to successful outcomes from both firm and client perspectives. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within this facility.
