About The Position
Agency Insurance Specialist As an Insurance Specialist for our AAA Auto Club Enterprises Agency Insurance Group you are bringing your expertise to our premier fast-paced call center. Qualified candidates will bring their passion for helping others to our best-in-class organization in delivering legendary service to our Members. In this role you will assist our Members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing non-standard auto, home, watercraft, umbrella & commercial insurance policies.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of Insurance Servicing Experience
- P&C License Required
- A high school diploma or GED Required
Responsibilities
- Handling insured calls through our Agency call center
- Servicing insurance policies with the various Agency carriers
- Processing insurance payments
- Updating electronic insured information
