About The Position
Hayward Holdings Inc. This position is based in Nashville, TN. Principally reporting to the Nashville Product Engineering Manager, the Agency Engineer/ Lab Supervisor works locally and cross-functionally to manage the day-to-day testing, product evaluation, and regulatory agency compliance activities for water heating and cooling related products manufactured in Nashville and at global partners as required. This is a hands-on role supervising a Team of Laboratory Technicians and support staff with the overall responsibility for building and evaluating prototypes and providing testing services to determine conformity with internal, industry, and regulatory agency safety and performance standards. This role ensures that the highest level of design quality, integrity and performance are maintained with strict adherence to Hayward Industries and all applicable regulatory agency programs, policies, and procedures.
