We’re looking for an Agency Engagement Manager to join our Resolution Operations team and help us strengthen partnerships with federal agencies while driving business growth. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our organization and federal agencies ensuring our services deliver maximum value, understanding client needs, and creating win-win solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, influence business strategy, and be a key player in shaping how we serve our clients and partners.
Requirements
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in strategic, consultative roles.
- Experienced in client relationship management, account management, or agency liaison roles (4+ years).
- Knowledgeable about SSA, disability programs, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with ease.
- Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling sensitive information.
