Responsibilities include:
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Healthcare, senior care, or service operations experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Hands-on caregiving experience
- Experience managing home care operations
Responsibilities
- Lead office staff and caregivers
- Oversee scheduling, care coordination, and service quality
- Build a strong team culture
- Conduct in-home consultations and safety assessments
- Ensure clients receive exceptional care
- Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- Support marketing and local outreach efforts
- Manage payroll, billing, and collections
- Monitor budgets and operational performance
- Ensure the agency meets all state and regulatory requirements
