About the position

The Agency Development Director is a position within the sales organization that will be responsible for coordinating resources and driving account growth for one or more Agency Holding Groups. As a global lead, you will engage with client teams throughout the organization from senior leadership, media traders and planners to product leads and executives. You will own global revenue forecasts and be responsible for helping regional teams exceed their projections. Superior communication and project management skills are an absolute must to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for executives within the AHGs
  • Evangelize Integral Products and Services to Senior Executives in the investment, technology and analytics organizations of partner agencies
  • Develop strategic relationships with Agency Holding Groups including Agency Trading Desks (ATD) and Programmatic teams.
  • Manage and improve AHG executive relationships as well as Senior Management at partner Agencies.
  • Own business planning, forecasting and revenue growth for the AHG.
  • Focus on North America and co-ordinate global activity
  • Coordinate activity across sales teams (Platform, BD, Agency) to be the central point of contact for the AHG.
  • Identify, activate and own relationships with client champions and coaches
  • Responsible for detailed understanding of competitive landscape
  • Provides detailed feedback to Product and Technology teams on feature and functionality development needed to capture additional market share
  • Shares trends and insights and IAS product updates and case studies with client partners and customers

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience selling digital media, ad tech or digital research solutions
  • Deep working knowledge of digital media landscape
  • Senior level relationships with Agency and Holding Company Executives
