About The Position

Brown & Brown is seeking an Agency Bill Invoicing Analyst to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL. The role involves reviewing insurance documents to ensure agency bill transactions are entered accurately, processing agency bill transactions, and providing invoices to account managers in a timely manner. The analyst will ensure all support for transactions is processed and filed accurately and timely in ImageRight, collaborate with service team members to resolve transaction errors, and build courteous and successful relationships with various office staff to maintain efficient practices. The position promotes teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude in the department and office. Participation in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education is also expected.

Requirements

• Associates degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office environment, including but not limited to Teams, Word, and Excel.
• 1-3 years office experience.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance documents to ensure agency bill transactions are entered accurately.
• Process agency bill transactions and provide invoices to account managers timely.
• Ensure all support for transactions is processed and filed accurately and timely in ImageRight.
