About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing a "white glove" service to our brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing and closing experiences. As a liaison between brokers, Account Executives (AEs), and Underwriters, you will oversee the loan manufacturing process from start to finish with precision and exceptional communication.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of mortgage loan requirements, including GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines.
• Solid knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations and closing practices in both wet and dry funding states.
• Minimum of 5 years of processing experience, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Familiarity with advanced loan processing systems and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Junior Underwriting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters, delivering exceptional, personalized service.
• Manage condition submissions to Underwriters, ensuring efficient and timely reviews.
• Sign off on designated conditions within granted authority.
• Effectively oversee communication and coordination throughout the loan manufacturing process, driving loans to close quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly.
