We take pride in being a great place to work, and this enthusiasm is reflected in the relationships our team members foster with one another and with our customers.  Job SummaryWe are seeking an AgDirect Inside Sales Representatives who will be responsible for marketplace development and overall growth of the AgDirect program through sales efforts targeted at Agricultural equipment/machinery and irrigation dealers, manufacturers, customers, and Farm Credit association partners. Must have the ability to develop and maintain profitable working relationships by providing exceptional service, be highly productive in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask keeping track of details and not letting anything slip through the cracks. You will be asked to nurture relationships and foster a team environment, accomplishing team goals of increasing market share and driving loan/lease originations.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience
  • Related experience required and must have demonstrated effective sales skills and abilities in developing new business

Nice To Haves

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Finance, and/or Economics

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing AgDirect market share and origination volume by enhancing relationships at all stages of the application lifecycle, demonstrating financial expertise, developing creative solutions, proactively following up on existing opportunities and closing the sale
  • Leverage financial expertise and sales tools to provide creative financing options and sales counseling directly to prospects, customers and dealers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor programs and analyze that data to effectively sell AgDirect products
  • Design innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Advise customers on financial information needed. Discuss credit packages with analysts. Advise dealers and customers of loan decisions. Provide customers and prospects advice and counsel related to current financial position and future lending needs
  • Attend Industry events, visit partners and dealers to strengthen relationships, foster sales opportunities and represent AgDirect in the marketplace
