About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the overall daily operations of the Agape Shop by overseeing the intake and processing of donations, coordinating volunteers, inventory management and assisting the Manager with store administration, communication, and supervision. This role ensures a welcoming, organized, and mission-centered environment for donors, shoppers, staff, and volunteers.

Requirements

  • Organized, dependable, and mission driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and multitasking.
  • Experience in coordinating volunteers or managing workflow.
  • Experience in utilizing databases and point of sale systems.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to uphold Archdiocesan social and ethical principles in all interactions and donation decisions.
