About The Position
H& H Acres, LLC is seeking 20 full-time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Stearns, Swift, Kandiyohi, and Nobles County from February 14, 2025, to December 15, 2025. The position requires working 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be compensated at a rate of time and a half. The wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. The employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits at their discretion. Employees earn one hour of safe and sick time for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum of 48 hours each year, provided they work at least 80 hours in a year for an employer in Minnesota.
