Bank Midwest is seeking a seasoned Ag/Commercial Lender to join our team! Must enjoy working in a team environment that values honesty, integrity, and a passion for service and community involvement. We are looking for someone who can grow with us in the Mankato/New Ulm Market.

Requirements

• Strong financial analytical skills with ability to provide sound business guidance.
• Originate, analyze, and service a variety of moderately complex commercial and/or agricultural loans.
• Must be successful in sales process and ability to sell bank products and services.
• Strong self-motivation, relationship-building, and customer focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years Ag and/or Commercial lending experience preferred.
• Proven success in growing a loan portfolio through sound financial expertise and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with commercial and agricultural clients by providing extensive financial analysis and guidance on business practices.
• Develop new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial and/or agricultural loans.
• Maintain and service existing loan portfolio.
