About The Position
FRONTIER COOPERATIVE is an agriculture leader in Nebraska providing grain, agronomy, feed and energy products and services to our customers. At Frontier, we have a long-standing tradition of successful partnerships with our customers by managing our business with the highest integrity and quality while being responsible stewards in our communities. We are now hiring for an AG Advisor for our Oconee, NE location. This position is being offered as full-time with benefits. An AG Advisor is responsible for leveraging agronomic expertise to develop and execute holistic farm strategies tailored to each customer's unique needs. Primary objective will be to foster long-term partnerships with growers, guiding them through the vision creation process as well as the planning and execution phases to maximize long term productivity and profitability.
