  • Lead groups of students through structured competitive sports, games, and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
  • Engage students in competitive sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, kickball, and more.
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Support kids’ behavioral management needs with empathy and patience.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
  • Lead outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
  • Serve as a positive role model to help build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused roles strongly preferred.
  • Must have previous experience in coaching or officiating competitive sports.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
  • Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
  • Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
  • Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids and families.
  • Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
  • Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
