The Opportunity The Youth Services Afterschool Program Aide supports the implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate afterschool programming for early childhood-aged children. Working alongside the Activity Leader, they help create a joyful, safe, and nurturing environment that supports early learning through creative play, arts, movement, and exploration. Qualified candidates enjoy working with young children, are patient and energetic, and are committed to fostering positive social-emotional development. Previous experience supporting young children (including as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, camp counselor, or early childhood assistant) is a plus but not required. College students and day school staff are encouraged to apply.
