We are seeking a driven Afterschool Counselor that operates with a high sense of urgency and possesses a strong work ethic. Candidates for this position do NOT need to speak Hebrew.

Requirements

High School Diploma from an accredited institution is required;
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise students in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, sports, homework assistance, and enrichment projects.
Design and implement age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, teamwork, and learning.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Monitor student behavior, provide guidance, and address any challenges with care and professionalism.
Work closely with other afterschool staff to ensure a cohesive and well-organized program.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, sharing updates on student participation and progress as needed.
Track attendance and maintain accurate records of student activities.
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant program.
