About The Position

Hubbard Hill Estates is seeking dedicated Wait Staff to provide exceptional service to residents in a fine dining environment. The role involves serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The position offers flexible scheduling options, accommodating both split shifts and individual shorter shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
• Ability to interpret and explain the menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process, and understand requests.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents.

Responsibilities

• Serving meals to residents in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintaining safe and sanitary conditions in working areas.
• Maintaining acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complying with department dress code.
• Completing all assigned cleaning tasks.
• Attending in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
