The ideal Preschool Teacher candidate for this role will possess a compassionate attitude and a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. The Preschool Teacher will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. This role requires creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, and communicating regularly with parents to share their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Additionally, the Preschool Teacher will support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement, while building relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
