Requirements

Minimum high school diploma with 1 year experience
Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focused on sensory exploration and motor skills.
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate with parents.
Engage infants in interactive play and activities to promote cognitive and social growth.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
