What You’ll Do: Empower Independence: Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene tasks. Build Meaningful Connections: Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions. Promote Safety & Wellbeing: Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively. Collaborate for Impact: Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Advocate with Heart: Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
