The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for managing the team to achieve growth and booking targets for North American service plan sales. This team's sales in 2023 exceeded $38 million in total bookings. This position is an on-site role in San Jose, California. In this role, you will have the opportunity to forecast and manage monthly and quarterly aftermarket sales bookings and revenue for the team. You will work closely with Regional Sales and Service Managers, Finance, DBSLO, and Marketing to identify new aftermarket sales programs and improve customer satisfaction with aftermarket sales. You will develop go-to-market action plans through growth room and other DBS activities to specify competitive advantage to customers through service offerings and pricing structures and create a strategy for value selling to customers. Additionally, you will continuously implement and improve standard work for the aftermarket sales team, develop KPIs, sales objectives, targets, and tracking tools for business growth. You will acquire and develop talent and adapt workforce competencies to meet evolving business needs while effectively managing change, and develop talent and team to be problem-solvers.
