About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Aftermarket Sales Consultant to grow our aftermarket team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and engaging customers who have purchased a vehicle on a wide range of accessories and customization options. You'll work closely with sales staff, vendors, and other department managers to ensure a high level of service, product availability, and department profitability. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with deep knowledge of automotive accessories, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping customers personalize their vehicles.

Requirements

Sales experience: 2+ years (Required)
Automotive accessory sales or customization: 2+ years (Required)
Analytical and decision-making skills
Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of aftermarket products and vehicle customization options.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.

Car dealership sales experience: 2+ years (Recommended)

Responsibilities

Present and sell aftermarket products and services including, but not limited to, paint protection, rustproofing, wheels, and interior/exterior accessories.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and department revenue goals.
Work with Management to manage product inventory, pricing, and availability.
Schedule and coordinate installation of sold accessories and services.
Ensure accurate processing of sales, including invoicing and payment handling.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Support other dealership departments with coordination of accessory work and workflow.
