The Aftermarket Pricing Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the Aftermarket Business pricing strategy. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven pricing strategies that balance profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and financial acumen with strategic vision and business insight to influence decision-making and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the commercial organization, the Aftermarket Pricing Lead will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives. This individual will also monitor market dynamics, identify revenue opportunities, and lead continuous improvement in pricing processes and governance to ensure the organization remains agile and competitive in a fast-changing marketplace. This is a hybrid role based out of our Troy, MI or Attleboro, MA offices.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing models and strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and long-term profitability while supporting brand positioning.
  • Identify and execute improvement opportunities within existing promotional campaigns, ensuring that solutions are both pragmatic and within budgetary constraints.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing decisions and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights, proactively communicating key changes and preparing the business for evolving competitive conditions.
  • Maintain and enhance the pricing database and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, transparency, and process compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics to guide pricing decisions, support strategic planning, and ensure optimal market positioning.
  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
  • Automotive Aftermarket experience with a focus on pricing strategies for hardware and software preferred
  • Travel up to 15% international or domestic
