ProMach's Brenton division is seeking an Aftermarket Parts Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will initiate pro-active sales of replacement parts to meet or exceed annual budget and assure continual growth of the parts business. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager. Brenton , based in Alexandria, MN, is a leading manufacturer of case packers, palletizers, shrink-wrapping machines and complete End of Line packaging systems for the food & beverage and consumer packaged goods markets. Brenton is a division of Pro Mach, a leading provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions for over 20,000 customers worldwide. Through multiple brands, Pro Mach provides product packaging and processing equipment, PMMI-certified training, installation, parts, and service for primary and secondary packaging, flexible packaging, end-of-line packaging, and identification and tracking. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional attitude and image.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of packaging equipment helpful.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints helpful.
Experience with an ERP system, Salesforce, Word and Excel helpful.

Responsibilities

Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service.
Be an internal resource for the external sales team regarding parts and pricing.
Interface closely with the Materials, Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate information transfer.
Work with ProMach companies to capitalize on synergistic opportunities.
Identify key contacts within customer facilities and update internal databases accordingly.
Work largely in Salesforce and Syteline to respond to customers needs in a timely fashion based on established metric guidelines.
Be the main point of contact/maintenance support person for the iShop online ordering platform.
Ability to provide feedback to management about additional requirements/needs.
Other aftermarket responsibilities as requested by management.
