About the Role: Aftermarket Experience: Interns will work alongside our Vehicle Aftermarket team members to gain hands-on exposure while providing administrative support for clients, internal partners and vendors. Responsibilities include assisting with inbound and outbound vendor communications, supporting purchase order processing, preparing weekly reports, and reviewing new requests for accuracy to support efficient Case processing during periods of high volume. Peer Collaboration: Interns will work closely with one another to ensure timely Purchase Order processing, as well as acquiring and proactively communicating statuses. Interns are empowered to create strategies and processes that align with both individual strengths and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative, hands-on learning environment. Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern is paired with a current Aftermarket supervisor as well as our trainers who provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program. Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments. This is a hybrid position reporting to our Fleet Operations center at 2281 Ball Dr., St. Louis, MO 63146. This role will be Monday - Friday with a requirement to work in office 2 to 3 days per week and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.
