About The Position
The Aftercare Coordinator at WomenSafe provides essential support to survivors of domestic violence who have transitioned from emergency shelter. This role focuses on educating clients about healthy relationships, connecting them with community resources, and helping them achieve self-sufficiency. The coordinator also manages a caseload of clients and facilitates a Domestic Violence Support Group.
