About The Position
Our staff provide a nurturing environment and emphasize the development of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility to children 6th-8th grade at our Moline location. The general function of this position is to assist with the responsibilities in running successful year-round Y-Winners program. During the school year this position serves as a Site Leader at our After School program at the Moline branch location. The individual will possess full knowledge of Y philosophy, workings of a program locations and groups, and understand character development as the chief mission of the Y and personally exhibits a commitment to this in all Y operations.
