Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate’s or higher degree in education or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with the ability to adhere to these standards
  • Effective problem-solving and mediation skills to address challenges constructively

Nice To Haves
