Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate’s or higher degree in education or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with the ability to adhere to these standards
Effective problem-solving and mediation skills to address challenges constructively

Nice To Haves
