About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or proven experience working in K-12 classrooms.
• A minimum of two years of teaching Pre-K-6 students.
• Expertise in your discipline demonstrated through educational and professional accomplishments.
• Experience designing lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques that foster successful student engagement.
• New York State Teaching Certificate for Grades 1-6 required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel throughout Brooklyn.
